2010

Created the concept and ensured appropriate technical delivery for our client who needed a solution which encouraged visitors to their stand (in a massive hair stylist convention) to engage with them on Facebook. Maximizing on their styling activity and their visitors desire to share their ‘look’ with their friends, we developed a digital photo booth which took pro-grade photos and automatically uploaded them to Facebook as branded ads on the visitor’s Facebook profile.

Creating a concept which brought together 1000+ developers from six locations around the globe in a very visual way, highlighting their individual contributions to a single goal. The installation was used at six parties around the globe as an ice breaker and personalized, digital art installation. I created the primary concept and provided creative direction for the delivery.

Played key role in landing account by creating concept illustrations used in sales process, directing third-party agency in delivering final key art, and delivering the final project build by assisting in flash development.

Faith Hill

Art directed and designed two iterations of faithhill.com to support The Hits and Joy to the World as well as provided primary flash development for interim marketing page while the full site (including timeline) was in development.

Keith Urban

2008

Art directed and designed early concepts for keithurban.net redesign. This work became the foundation for the current iteration of the site. The concept here was to create a design which would allow for drastic stylistic and mood changes without requiring any reworking of the site structure or code.

Big Kenny

Designed for Strategic Blend in early 2011 as a piece of freelance work, I was responsible for the original art direction and design. Strategic Blend then completed the build and design changes currently seen on the site.

Echo Europe

2009

After relocating to London to open a new UK based office for Ticketmaster’s online marketing firm, echo, we required an Euro-centric message for potential clients in a market which was entirely unfamiliar with the company. Particular focus was paid to the services and case studies pages for clarity as the messaging on the US site was convoluted and confusing.

Addicted to the Outdoors

Art directed and designed primary art for Addicted to the Outdoors. Unfortunately the client insisted on a couple of key points which became a severe detriment to the aesthetic and usability of the final site launched.

Dierks Bentley

2006

Responsible for Dierks’s branding both online and offline for two album cycles. Worked directly with Dierks and JoAnna Carter, VP Creative Services Capitol Records Nashville, to design two album packages, Long Trip Alone and Greatest Hits: Every Mile a Memory, and directly with Dierks to design two versions of dierks.com

Rascal Flatts

2007

Worked directly with Rascal Flatts and online strategist, Pinky Gonzales, to design and develop two iterations of rascalflatts.com over the course of two album cycles with a focus on creating an engaging and interactive, community building site for both versions.

Brad Paisley

Worked directly with Brad and management to design and develop a site around his album, 5th Gear. The concept was to play on the notion of automobiles so I created a custom text / logo illustration reminiscent of an old car emblem and expanded the design around that.
