I am a Senior Digital Creative – equal parts strategist, designer and developer (some may say Creative Technologist) focused on user experience & passionate about technology – with over nine years experience creating world-class brand experiences.

strategy

Strategic thinking is at the heart of everything I do. Fueled by a desire to challenge the status quo, my natural tendency to ask why leads me to the heart of a brief and the real problem which needs to be resolved. I strive to look at the task from all angles to find a genuine insight which will inspire an idea.

user experience

Hand in hand with my strategic mind, is a passion for crafting intuitive user experiences. I create detailed personas, task flows, content maps and wireframes which are informed by a thorough understanding of human behaviour and user research – not focus groups.

creative direction

Aesthetics matter. A digital experience without a creative vision is like an idea which is poorly executed. My designs & creative direction are backed by a drive to never settle for good enough.

front-end development

I am a problem solver who likes a challenge, and as such I thrive on finding ways to do things which have never been done before. Today, most of my previous development experience ensures I am capable of having an informed discussion with other developers.

I had a chance to work with Drew on a system design, specifically for an education online delivery system through web interface. I was very pleased with Drew’s work, as he was able to grasp quickly difficult concept and as well manage to keep on track with tough deadlines.
